What is a PUG?

A pickup game. You join on your own and get placed on a team with other players - you don't need to bring a full team.

What does “Open” mean?

Everyone is welcome, from Invite-level players to newcomers. It's not a league division. Normal account, conduct and lobby requirements still apply.

Why do I need Discord?

Open PUGs use Discord voice. Each match gets a private waiting room only the selected players can join.

How long does a free server last?

Two hours from the moment it's ready. Premium reservations last six hours.
