PUBLIC MATCHMAKING / NA
Open Highlander
One shared queue. Separate PUGs. Open to all skill levels, from Invite to newcomers.
Choose classes you would play. Matchmaking groups similar ELO, balances teams, and considers waiting time. Ties are randomized, not biased toward higher ratings.

TFCL PUG servers may record map positions and movement for private AI gameplay analysis. Positional archives are not public and cannot be exported during an active PUG. Read the gameplay telemetry notice.

How the shared queue works
- Join and save the classes you would play. Parties are selected together and stay on the same team.
- When complete role coverage is available, selected players move to their own ready-check lobby. Waiting players keep their place and class choices.
- Enough players can form multiple games at once: 36 players with the right class coverage can fill two highlander PUGs.
- If a ready check fails, responders return to the queue with their waiting time preserved. No-shows must queue again. A party only returns together when everyone responds.
- Servers belong to individual matches, not to the public queue. Current games do not block the next PUG from forming.
